Let's Work Together
Let’s work together to Inspire the Next Generation
Too many people are not willing to put in the time to develop a relationship before pushing expectations. I think it’s a lost art.
If I can help those young people pursue business leadership positions, I will feel like I have contributed.
Imagine a work culture where we can inspire young people to strive for leadership positions and coach them to succeed. Young people want to be in charge and make decisions but they don’t know where to start. There are risks and consequences for making decisions. I feel I have the professional skills and the experience to motivate and cultivate this work environment.
How Do My Employees See Me?
I believe my employees would rate my management style Fair to Very Fair. My employees know that I have their best interests at heart. Sometimes I have to find that perfect balance between directing an employee and letting that employee get it done. It’s all about making those decisions.
Don’t get me wrong, I can be a bit stubborn. For example, I so dislike polo shirts. Polo shirts make employees look like clerks.
Proudest Career Moment
When I was hired by HAWS. Being entrusted with the animals. I am also very proud of our Mod Squad program and our Behavior Department working with Carol University in their animal behavior department.
I am an out-of-the-box thinker. I am very creative when faced with a problem.
I am good at developing people, managers, and leaders.
I can be stubborn.
Not patient enough? Sometimes will step in to get it done.
I’m not good at balancing work. If I’m working on a budget, I will stay until is completely finished.
I hate getting dressed up.
Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.
